Complete Terms of Service

  • 1. Account Eligibility: To use DropLoot, you must be at least 16 years old (or, if higher, the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). By creating an account or otherwise using DropLoot, you warrant that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to form a binding agreement. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and consent to these Terms on your behalf.
  • 2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including passwords. Notify DropLoot immediately of any suspected unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this obligation.

Acceptable Use: You agree not to use DropLoot for activities that are illegal, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise objectionable or prohibited by these Terms or applicable law. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing content that violates intellectual property rights, personal privacy, or promotes violence or discrimination.

Content Policy: You retain ownership of your content, but by uploading or posting it to DropLoot, you grant DropLoot a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content to operate, promote, and improve our services. You are solely responsible for the content you post and for ensuring you have all rights necessary. Content must not violate any law or the rights of others.

Intellectual Property: All elements of DropLoot—including software, design, logo, graphics, and content created by DropLoot—are the property of DropLoot or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use DropLoot’s branding or intellectual property without express, written permission.

Privacy & Data: Your use of DropLoot is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your information and your rights under applicable law.   • 7. Prohibited Conduct: You may not:
